but I got this microscope for my birthday. I was tired of the camera. I can't wait to use it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should have bought as far as accessories?

I paid $79.00 for my QX5 USB scope. It does 10x, 60x, and 200x. No eye piece. Fine adjustment is not real good. It only does GIF. I have posted many pics here. Check them out and compare to see if you got a good deal.

That looks like a very nice birthday gift. Somebody loves you! You must have been thrilled. When are you going to experiment with it?

Thank's DWK and David. I guess I am very fortunate to have great love ones. The microscope was recommended to me by C.D. Daughtrey(Chuck) so I took his advice. I will recieve it in a few day's, buy I can't wait to try it out. I'm sure it will be better than the camera I have been using.

let us know.. i'm curious. and i've heard that QX5 is garbage..

i'm in the market for a new microscope/camera.. i want close ups and a full shot. does that one do it?

OK, I haven't quite figured the lighting out yet but it takes good photos of this 80 S Proof. Got to work on the lighting. Any suggestions.
