The anomalies are marked. I don't know if the item on the western base of the Memorial says anything about this being a trail die or not.

It does appear to be trails at the top but not the bottom!!!

It is a trail die, even on the bottom.

Thanks Bob. I did not recall seeing this one on your site but on review I will re-examine to see if it fits 94P-1DER-052T.

The split at the bottom of the stairs is unusual and I am almost sure it is new. While I have seen that split on some dies (columns and stairs) it is rare enough that I can remember everyone that this occurs on.

Yes it does look like that die. However, I do need to see this coin. Die markers are needed for this particular die.
