1986 wierd mound + dbl 6

Nicely unc. 1986 with strange mound from 8:00 to 11:00 near rim but not up against it.

Also doubling inside 6 of date. Might be abraded. digits also seem hollowed out.

Comments appreciated as to cause etc.
