Hi:
Because of the snow and ice here on the East - we decideed to do some catalouging. We dusted off this error which i will post again because there are many new members. Heidi found back in 2008.
It is a flip-over doubled strike cent from 1982-P. We were confused at first but with tthe help of Bob , Jason and many others it was attributed a a flip-over.
The obverse shows the rreverse of the coin and the reverse shows some obverse detail - check the "T" in Cent and you can see the 2 from the date,etc.
This error occurs when the cent is struck first normally and for some resean flips over and is struck again.
This coin is the greatest error we ever found after over 3,000,000 cents searched!
