I say unsure because if I go by markers...this would be a new die.
Numbers 9 & 10 are very similar to mine.
This die has a reverse marker in the "O" of ONE.
Take a look see.

I believe this may be coppercoins 1941P-1DO-007 (CONECA 4-O-VI). It is a very nice die.

Again, It's the marker thing that throws me off. I spend too much time on it and not thinking it could be another stage of...
