Does it have "wavy steps" (on the top steps)?

Im not one to normally comment on wavy steps, but this coins appears not
to be a wavy step and that what you have pointed out looks more like it
took a hit (damage)!!Im no Pro...

Mikee is right on with this one. It does not appear to be a WS. I think the damage under the center columns might be throwing you off on this one.
