1999-p new discovery?,,,need help

Hello all here is a coin i just found searching bank rolls. A 1999-P which looks like to me at top near the celing, looks like a double COLUMN…Please let me know what you think, it may be a NEW DISCOVERY.

It would have to be examined to be sure, but it looks like parallel die scratches to me. Something that wide and strong would surely be present in more than this one area.

Sorry, but I'm just seeing normal design elements. Lets see what others make of it.

Does look to be the normal design with some die scratches in the bays.
