I would like to think it's DDO based on Liberty Thickness and eyelid.. But it's probably MDD.

IMHO... The date looks real promising... The eye appears to be PSD... There is damage that runs across the nose and into the upper eye lid area... "BERTY" also looks promising... Especially the "Y"... It appears to have a seperation line on the east side of the vertical/east arm with a split at the top of the arm... The rest just looks like wear!!!
