Is this possibly a RPM or is it something else. It doesn't match any at Coppercoins.
It could be a minor RPM, but I don't think it is enough to say for sure.

I have seen that coin before OCD, but I can't remember what the final determination was. I believe they were die scratches. Let me go through my log books to see if I can find it. If I do, I will let you know what I thought it was at that time.
