Just wondering if I may have a small date or not.

Sorry; not. The loop of the nine is pointing toward the mint mark and the 7 is not high.
It is a large date. Also look at Liberty. If it is bold, it is not a small date.

Yup, especially at the end of liberty, the ty are a lot lighter, than the rest! Good Picken!

Chris, These pics should help for what you are looking for. "Liberty is much weaker after the "L" is the easyest way to tell. Sometimes the date can fool most folks... This coin pictured is a Small Date. Eric
