Possible DDO?

I found this a couple days ago and almost threw it back. I was just now looking at DVN and saw the new listing for 1983 CDDO-14, and just noticed the similarity with my cent.

Mine has heavy die scratches and I don't see a notch on the one but the 983 looks identical to me.

Any opinions will be appreciated, even negative ones.

Not familiar with this ddo, but i do think there's some extra thickness on the date, looks like some potential here, Nice Find!:)

I agree, it does have possibilities. It should be examined by one of the experts.

It does show some notches on the TOP of IN. It is not clear if all the characters of IGWT are notched. I did not see any on LIBERTY . This does warrant closer examination. Great coin and thanks for sharing.

From your images to me it doesn't quite look like CDDO-014. However, it does appear to exhibit possibilities of a DDO and as mentioned would need in hand examination.
