2005P Double Die Reverse

Hello all here is another one that i cannot find pics for to attribute. It is a 2005P DDR, this has a ROTATED EXTRA 7th column. Please help me with this one. Thank you very much.

It is a DDR with a slight rotation to the 7th column OR it is a die gouge.
