2006P Double Die Reverse

Hello all here is one that i cannot find pics of either, a 2006P DDR this has the EXTRA KNEES, also looks to be an EXTRA FOOT. Please help. Thank you very much.

IMHO... It appears to be from die wear... INP though!!!

some wear on this coin but we need to see more of the reverse so the entire reverse can be assessed.
