Is this Doubling or MD?

Look at his ear and then at his throat (neck?) Hair and ear seems to extend past. Is this doubling, MD or normal?

Looks like a normal 2000 penny to me. This obverse design is unique to the year 2000.

Thanks. Wasn't too sure and I was actually able to grab a half decent scan...had to ask!

I agree. Other than it being mis-aligned, it's pretty much normal.
