I think this is a 1999P-1DER-032T. The markers on the N and G are there but the crack/chip by the East planter does not fit (different die state?).

It is the 32 die and it is a later die state. Very nice find.

For that year its becoming harder and harder to find a new die.There are so many out there,mainly because more people are searching for the WAM on the '99s..
I believe I have a new die thou,I've had it for months for lazy to post it.Lol
