This looks like an 019 but none of the markers are there. I also think this is a DD/O on the date and there seem to be splits on both Ts in TRUST with the extra thickness on LIBERTY. Of course, I can't match that to anything on CC. Comments welcome.

It sure does look like 1D0-008/1DR-019 to me. The shift of the zeros in the date and the extra thickness on the Y in LIBERTY all look good. The doubling on column 5 is in the right place too. Like I said, looks like you have the right attribution.
