Okay, okay...this will be my last post of the evening...but I do have more for later! I swear this one is a DDO-001, it's so badly beat up that some of the markers are hard to find. I'm wondering what die state this is? I can faintly see the die scratch from T-Y in Liberty and the ones under the chin, so I'm inclined to think middle, but the bar under the 3 doesn't really show. I'm wondering if this could be due to wear, or if it is just a later state. Also, it is very hard to discern much of anything on the reverse, so determining the state has been tricky. Thoughts?

This appears to be a mid to mid/late die state coin. Earlier die states show a portion of the secondary 3 under the bottom loop of the primary 3. The coin has a few problems, but it is not too 'badly beat up'.
