Have had this one for some time, keep looking and looking it over again and comparing it to LCR and coppercoin listing. I'm caught between 04 and 07. Im coming close to the 04. But not sure. I tried to get close up shots through photobucket but Im too new at it and kept messing up my pics. But anyway, here goes:

I'm leaning on #7, The #4 has Rim Cuds To The Left Of LIBERTY, But It's A Beauty! Let's See What The Pro's Say! Thanks For Sharing!:)

I blew up the reverse and I don't see any die scratches near the N of UNITED which of course is the tall tale sign of a Die #4. The obverses change with advanced stages so the rim cud does not have to be present. I'm with Coinman in that it's probably Die #7 although I am not able to clearly see the markings. Very nice coin BTW. Thanks for sharing

Thanks, I wasn't sure if they're any 4's without the cuds, Makes perfect sense! Found a bunch with the cuds along the left side but no #4's. Enjoy!:)

Thank you coinman2009 actually thank you both! They werent kidding when they said 5 and 7 are often confused with 4. There are some some very minor barely visible rim cud going on, yet not as significant as the 4. I think I have another 1972 in my collecton, guess I should take another look at that one again. Thank you both again!

I would agree (but cannot say for certain) that 007 seems probable. I fixed your picture links, try using the photobucket "Direct Link" and place it in the image dialogue box (after pressing the yellow picture icon above).

The doubling is too strong to be 1DO-004. It could be either 1DO-002 or 1DO-007 with that spread. Judging by the distinct notch on the loop of the 2 in the date, I would say this is 1DO-002.

Yes after viewing often and carefully I come to agree with the majority, 2.
