Okay here is what I see. I see north to east elongation of the date with extra thickness in liberty. The Date is thick as well. The TY in liberty for sure is thick. I also see a extra thick ( S ) in trust. I tried to take extra pics as well as a comparision date from another2006 coin. I may just be wanting this to be A Doubled Die but I think Itmay have promise.:LOL_Hair:

The zeroes on the date certainly look like it...I'll wait for the pros though.
Definite DDO. Check CC to see if you can match it up.
Congrats on the find!

I tried to match it up on copper coins but didn't see anything exactly like it? I did see a couple with close markings but not exact.:):)

I would have to say that 2006P-1DO-003 would be the best match but not all the smaller markers are there. 2006P-1DO-010 is also a possible?? Those would be my guess but I'm very green at this!!! Thanks for the ID on DDO!
It looks to be close to my CDDO-013 which is cross-referenced with CC's 1DO-003. Is the die gouge near the letter "T" of CENT and next to the rim on the reverse?

Matching up and attributing 2006 DDO's is not an easy task. Fun to find, a pain to ID.

Look at my two pics above. One is my coin the other a pic from copper coins. I believe I may see that small die gouge on mine. I wish I knew how to put arrows on my pics I would point it out

Yep, I think I see it on your coin. I believe you have it matched up to CC 1DO-003; Wexler WDDO-004 and my files as CDDO-013.
Congrats!!!! Good Job!!!

Great find, engine! I found a bunch of these over the past year or so including two of the doubled ear and beard variety. You're now well on your way to having a lot of fun in our wonderful hobby! And you have the best authorities in the business at your side to help. :D
