2001 D Possible Doubled Earlobe

While searching this evening I ran across this 2001 D that appears to have a doubled earlobe. The main concern that I have is there are some gas bubbles on other areas of the coin. I tried to get the area to flex using a toothpick but couldn't really tell if it did or not. Opinions?

Sure looks to be a doubled ear lobe.

Definately worth having that checked out. The contour and depth, shape etc all look very good. Nice find.
