While examining this coin, it appears to have another eye below Lincoln's eye plus some doubling on the letters. Thoughts?

From what I can tell it is a normal 74 with PSD... INP(Im No Pro) tho!!!

I agree with you Jim. From what I can see, It looks normal with some hits.
