IGWT appears thinner than normal to me. I think you have a very rare inverse doubled die.

Very esoteric. Only known to exist in the '58 series.

Appears to be a question in this thread :tinysmile_eyebrow_t as to whether this 58 displays "MD".
Appears so...I would say yes. Also appears to have die cracks in the hair.
Nothing spectacular.
