1996 D No Clue

Hi,
I found this 1996 D while going through some rolls I got from the bank.
I don't know how to classify it. There looks to be writing in the spaces where
it ought to be blank and in the word liberty there is something extra on the RTY.
There is also something between We and Trust. Any help would be appreciated

Hopefully BJ, Bob or Jason chime in... To me it looks like a radical mad clash but then I have never found any... Those guys are the pros... You may need to send this one to one of them... Nice find!!!

I don't know what to make of it from the photos. It would require an in hand examination.

Thanks jfines69 and mustbebob. I'll end up sending it off to someone. I just don't know
who yet. I am new to coin collecting and I really need help at times and am
grateful for any help I get. I have a couple more I need help with and will post them tomorrow.
