While this anomaly looks like a Radical Mis-Aligned Die, it probably is not.
It has a familiar shape to it but it could be just a gouge. I don't want to make too much of this...I just want your opinions.

Just not enough evidence to support any sort of die clashing.

Seems to be a die gouge/scratch. But our experts might think of something else it could be.

I've seen a lot of similar ones. I personally just think it's a lathe mark.

The die was filed by a worker to remove dammage.

Aisha - No, I did not sent it to anyone. I was hoping someone else would eventually post one like it, and you did. (Nice) The fact that there is more than one is no real surprise, though. It's a precarious little anomaly. I'll send it to someone next time I have 3 or 4 others to send. In the meantime, I'll revisit the reverse elements again. But, as I said in my original post, I don't really see anything that jumps out at me.

It appears to be damage to the die!!!
