82 with possibilities

Found this 82 to be interesting..has doubleing and notching especially UNITED,STATES,AMERICA. STATES is most noticeable. it is a large date philly. Dont know if copper or zinc. As usual pics are a bit blurry but i think you can see the errors decent. Whatya think? Just gonna send 2 pics for now, gonna try and get better ones 36870
