    Both anom. (under the ear and the line under that) are raised. Don't know.

      I do see something there but I don't know how to do overlays. I copied your picture and put arrows where I see what could possibly another ear.

          It is possible those marks are a clash... From what I'm not sure... As for overlays... If your picture editing software has a transparency function you can create the overlays... On mine (Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10) I make the transparency even and then adjust the transparency to between 40 - 60 percent... If the underlying image is dark you can get away with 40%... If it is lite then 50% and occasionally up to 60%!!!

            I use a simple paint photo program my laptop came with so it doesn't have a transparency feature.. Wish it did!!
