1999 P not sure about this doubled die.

My bud sent me pictures of this 99 and told me its a doubled die. Idk because I just dnt see it plus I think my bud thinks he knows everything.I tried to search it on Coppercoins but nothing came up,Im guessing it cant be a doubled die if its not there.He told me the U,S,T is what I should look at,Im wondering do you see it?

I don't see it either. You can always check against the markers on coppercoins and see if you come up with a match if you can get the coin in hand.

I don't see anything there either John. In addition, just because it's not on coppercoins doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There are other attribution places (Crawford, Wexler, CONECA) that have plenty of coins I don't list yet. Either way, I don't think any of us would list this because as you noted, it is not a doubled die.
