Is this a 1960 Penny Error?

1. Can you usually see Double Die with the bare eye?

The only part on this coin I can see with my eye is the "Y" in liberty. It looks really strange. Not sure if it is damage or an error when it was made.
2. Plus some of the other words look like there may be some type of doubling going on?

I only have a lame magnifying glass not sure of the magnification on it, but its not good and then my camera which the pictures in the link are the best I can get.

I don't see anything that looks like a DD. The Y seems to have taken a hit. Keep looking and try to invest in a 10x or better loop.:LOL_Hair:
