1980 Penny DDO or Damage?

Here is a 1980 Penny with possible DDO in the word In, Liberty, & God, that I "think" I see.
I went ahead and zoomed in one the year and trust as well.

Is this DDO or just damage?

Karahbell, The 3rd pic shows as moved or deleted... From what I can tell on the other pics it appears to be Die Deterioration Doubling!!!
