Hard to tell from the pics. Make sure that it is not just a well placed dent.

The photo is too blurry. I don't think it is the doubled ear though. Like Brad said, a well placed hit, sorry to say.

From your picture it's a dent. Any other close up would help. This one is a bit blurry.

Yes that is not the Doubled ear lobe, looks like a dent also.
