Here is one i found today while going thru rolls. A 1993D on a (DAMAGED PLANCHET), tis is NOT a SQUEEZE job by no means.

Josh it is not i had the coin dealer look at it and he told me it is struck on a damaged planchet, also you could see some of the memorial.

Sorry, It looks like the States and AMERICA was damaged after the coin was struck.

i see that the picture was chopped down but as with Shing it looks like a smash job to me. Sorry dont want to rain down on the parade but to me it looks like it got between a dime & high raised rim coin like a mid 60's penny and pressed off center
you might be able to find something that fits in those patterns - on the left side rim you can see were some contact was made by something else
