That is cool Jason. A nice clear clash. I haven't a clue what that vertical portion is. I'm still learning about these clashes which I find fascinating. Somebody else with more Clash savy will have to jump in and expalin what you have. Nice find. I'd definately keep it.

Looks like at least a double clash.

Now that's pretty interesting. I haven't a clue either, but will gladly have a look at it some time to see if I can figure it out.

The diagonals look like feeder finger scratches to me; the vertical? sure looks like it could be a partial column and I can't figure why it is cut off by the clash/scratch. Very interesting though.

Thinking about this a little more, I wonder if it's not a double clash, where the second, lower of the two clash images includes die damage (the vertical anomaly... perhaps from the adjacent the column..?) sustained during the first clash event.

            Just thinking out loud here.

I see a double clash involving the back of the coat-neck area. If the eastern clash event was first, and the western second and a perfect misalignment happened the interior line could be part of a T1 counterclash involving the column. I have not seen a T1CCL in that location, but it seems possible. I see other evidence of the clashes somewhat obscured by abrasion - some still shows through so analysis on the clash should be possible with an in hand examination.

Looks like a partial start to an extra column or a strangely located die crack or maybe a copper plating issue?

I would like to see either of them - with two, that rules out a variety of striking issues. PM me.
