Is it possible to post a larger image? I see definite plating splitting to the SE; is it an RPM or damage to the NW?

Looks like it could be rotate 90 degrees to the right and also looks like it could be corrosion. Closer pic. please will help ID it.

cant do alot till i have it in hand. got it from ebay and trying to do pics off there. these will probably be blurry. try and post better pics when i get it.
