I'm guessing this is a DDO...course it could be just a scratch. The eyes goes bad on some days...allergies.

It could be a doubled eyelid, but the coins condition makes it difficult to be absolutely certain.

Huhhhhhhhhhhh Chuuuuuuuuuuuuuu... LOL... I agree with Bob... It appears to be a DD but with the condition it is hard to really tell!!!
