I pulled this one a few minutes ago. This is the 2004 with the minor Doubled Die Obverse however it has the really nice Doubled Die Reverse. You can see the minor doubling on the date and thickness and notching on the "Liberty".
The reverse however has strong notching and separation lines on the "US of A" and the "EPU" and dots show strong elongation. The designers initials are also doubled.
This is only the Third example that I have found of this 2004 DDO/DDR.
