Need another opinion

I've been holding on to this coin for a while. I see something diff. About the ear. It may just be my eyes so I wanted to ask the other members.

To me it looks a bit "sharper" than normal. Wait for someone like Bob or Billy to chime in and see what they say. Looks neat!

A bit unusual and looks like a misplaced die chip at the end of the ear lobe. I would have it looked at for a final determination. If I am not mistaken J. Wexler has a listing similar to this one.

It may be a DD... There have been several other LCs of different found that have a pointed DD at that spot... Of course you will need to send it in to be sure!!!

Very similar to the 97 doubled ear in shape,would have caught my eye too.

My thinkin, also, is that it may be a DD along the lines of Wexler's 002. Though, obviously, less severe. I have come a cross and '88 and one other I can't think of right now with conditions similar to this one but decided not to send them in. Maybe you should consider sending it to Wexler.
