1959D-1MM-008 or 1959 1c RPM #8 a?

There are two of these bu Lincolns I found in a roll I had put aside to search.
The most noticeable markers are the N/S die scratches through and between the numbers. The reverse of these coins are a bit different.
All comments invited, because I am not absolutely certain about the attribution.
