As well as it looks to be and error coin, struck on mis-aligned dies..........Just an observation...Or would I be wrong about that????

Nice Coin and an excellent grade. Remember that a dime planchet is smaller than a Penny planchet and you will not receive a full strike. Good observation!

My guess is between $300 and $400.

These are rarely struck 100% "on center" since the dime planchet is smaller than the retaining collar that is usually used for cent planchets. I think that it would only be called "off center" if it was significantly off.

Im guessin more. The regular cent is worth more then that at MS67. Soon as they post the new slab pic, Ill post it .

You are pretty close on the price range and it might even be a little higher due to the grade of MS-67 (Just an assumption). If it were off center then it would be described as Lincoln 1C "Struck (O/C) off center" on a 10C Planchet. NGC is pretty good with their descriptions on error coins.
I'm impressed with the grade due to the weakness of the strike normally found on these.

Yea. heritage sent it in so I havent even got to see it slabbed yet. Originally I had it in a flip and a photo certificate.

It would be interesting to see it in the NGC slab. If they don't send photos obtain the Auction # and item # then you/we can view the item there. Joe
