I would have to see images of IGWT and the chin and bowtie. It has possibilities but more pics are required before I say yes.

I see many that look very similar to this one... that I have tossed back. I would have tossed THIS one too... but that doesn't mean your coin is NOT a DD. (I'm sure I've missed many before and will down the road, too.) I, however, don't think it is a DD. (Will stay tuned, though.)

Regarding LIBERTY, the vertical portions of the lettering seem fat relative to the upper and lower horizontal portions. So in THAT respect, yes... it looks like a DD. But I see this a lot..! (Very common DD..? I dunno. I was hoping a pro might chime in.)
