There are other things going on with this coin (ie, die deterioration or something else) but I think it is also a trail die coin. I can't make it out to be the DEO-008T which is the one closest, listed.

It kind of looks like a plating issue but I don't know. I can usually recognize trails when they are big and bold, like the top 50. Otherwise, I still have a lot to learn about them. I do like the way the 1st T in TRUST looks. It's pretty cool. Good luck with it.

Does look very much like the 1994P-1DEO-008T to me. Nice Die Trail find...
