I need BJ to take a look at this one

Hey friends!! I just found this one and it looks VERY much like 1999P-1DEO-032T! That being said this one has a die chip filling the top of the B in liberty and the one on trail dies does not??? Different die state or different die all together???

Here are two pics. The trails are hard to take pics of because they are very light.
Hope they are evident enough!! There are more trails on the date but I had trouble getting a pic of them.

Those are pretty nice trails coming off the top of LIBERTY Shannon. I can see them fine. Good luck with it.
