I found this one and need help. I haven't found a match for this. I'm thinking it is a RPM. Any help

Frank, so you see any signs of a split in the upper or lower serif? Normally, those RPMs with what appears to be a separation line (especially on the upper curve), would have splits in the serifs because of the spread. IMHO, this is not an RPM, but maybe a hit on the upper curve.
