The codition is regrettable but if it is a DDR it's a good one and not listed. I've tried deflating without success so I don't think it's gas. It could be gouges, of course, but I prefer doubling.
Definitely not a DDR as it doesn't conform to anything nearby that it could be doubled from. I am still thinking a plating bubble though...even though you can't deflate it..It could be filled with corrosion.
