Thought this might be a lamination on far right corner of memorial bldg until I got 4 the same, anyone else seen this maddieclash before?(first pic)
Also found 3 of the same 59d with chip or doubling on right upper corner of memorial.(last 2 pics)

Agreed, die break. Sometimes referred to as a hornet's nest. I remember finding some 1960 D RPMs, and the hornet's nest was a marker.
