It just seems to be the RTY and WE. Couldn't find anything on CC. Can anyone confirm for me if this is a doubled die or my usual MD?

It's MD. I can tell you though, I've been fooled by a lot of 1960 Cents. I have no idea what it was about that year, but both Denver and Philly managed to come up with some confusing coins!

Yes it looks like a little md - great eyes - I would never see that anymore.

I think this was a diagnosis Doctor House made on his show one episode. Looks like Mechanized Duplification syndrome... :O
