David, this would be the chin and neck area. You have to think backward and inverted.

I agree with the chin and neck area.(inverted :D) The problem I'm having is the Clash in the 3 column from the right of the statue. It is very broad and shoulder like appearance.

It looks as though the die was polished one time before in Bay 3. Not sure!

Joe, I have added a picture since your last response. Perhap's it could be heavy die polishing. The curve almost look's like the area below lincoln's chin. I could be wrong.

Good Possibility and may be a combo of both. Let's see what someone else has come up with.
