Do you think people are snatching them out of circulation or because they are spreading out via circulation? Or both?

Cimperialis, I believe these were released @ the ATLANTA FEDERAL RESERVE because of the locations (NC,FLA,GA,TN)of the finds.All the finds i've heard of have been in circulated bank rolls & plucked as soon as they are found.
