Lower split serif. Overlays are good with rpm-011 or -012, but none of my die markers match. I do have a strong marker over the VDB, which made me think it might have been rpm-017, but the overlay didn't match at all. I've included images of overlays of mine with those on coppercoins for 11, 12, and 17. What do you think?
It doesn't match any of the listed ones that I'm able to overlay. I tried 011, 012, 014, 017 your overlay didn't match. It may be an unlisted one. Lets see if Bob thinks it should be listed?

That's a pretty nice one! I vote for it being listable! Bob or Chuck can nail it down for sure.
