With the 1992 close AM and 1988 RDV 006 known, is anyone looking for the other transitional possibilities, i.e.

1968 RDV-002
1969 RDV-001
1972 RDV-003
1973 RDV-002 or 004
1974 RDV-003
1985 RDV-005
1986 RDV-004

Given the similarities between 001 and 002 the first two options seem tough to distinguish, but the other changes seem feasible to pick up.

Which one are a good premium. I just seen a 004 on something and tossed it back. I thought the G looked odd thats why I remember it but didnt pay it much attention!

Every cent has an RDV of some kind, and all the varieties have years for which they are the norm. What's unusual is when a cent has a design it's not supposed to- for example, most of the 1992 cents have the US Mint's 6th version of the memorial reverse (RDV-006), and all 1993 cents have the US Mint's 7th version of the memorial reverse (RDV-007). But, a small few number of 1992-D cents have the 7th version and that makes them very unusual. This is usually known as the "1992-D Close AM" but it can also be classified as 1992-D RDV-007. Most normal 1992-D cents could be called 1992-D RDV-006.
