Hi:
While searching my dresser (looking for a box that had some info on my Grandfathers relatives,etc) I found the box and found the stuff I was looking for and this 1909-vdb was in it too. I have not looked in that box in a LONG time. I must have found it years ago and put it away! You never know.

Geez, Roger you have the touch. If it isn't in a roll, you find it elsewhere. lol Congrats on the great re-find if you will! Nice looking coin as well. Very nice!

My daughter just came home and said it might be omen from my Dad because Im fixing up his old Seth Thomas clock that was made in 1909! Coincidence? Godincidence!!!

Thats neat when that happens, found a 1914 vf buffalo nickel the other day in a roll of partial dates...

You just gave me an idea Rog....I'll plant my coins around the house and then in a year or so start finding them again...great game for us older, forgetful folks :tinysmile_hmm_t:

You can plant them but it takes 30 years or more to germinate! It had to be in the 1970's when I last looked in that box! It even had my wife's and my old high school graduation tassels!

I don't clean my house that often so they may "germ"inate faster :LOL_Hair:

Great coin and a greater find Roger. I better get to looking. I have some things in the attic I haven't went thru for 50 years or so. It is where I stash stuff I want to go thru later, hummmm, maybe later has arrive.
